30-day money-back guarantee

If the course is not what you expected, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. This applies to every tier.

How to request a refund

• Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout.
• Include your order ID (it is on the Stripe receipt emailed to you after purchase).
• You do not need to give a reason. If you tell us what went wrong, we will use it to improve the course.

We confirm the refund within two business days. Access to the course and the community is removed at that point.

Processing time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, the money appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.

Statutory right of withdrawal

Because the course is digital content delivered immediately after purchase, you are asked at checkout to acknowledge that you lose the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins, as permitted by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and equivalent EU rules. Our 30-day policy replaces it and gives you more time, not less.

Limits

• Refunds are not available after 30 days from purchase.
• We may decline a refund where the course content has been downloaded in bulk and redistributed, or where a refund has already been granted to the same person for the same course.
• Mentoring calls on the Ultimate tier that have already taken place are deducted from the refund at €60 per call.
• Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback takes weeks longer than a refund and, once opened, has to be resolved through the bank rather than by us.

Upgrades instead of refunds

If you bought a lower tier and want more, you do not need to refund and rebuy. Email support with your order ID and pay only the difference.
